Each XCENCORE piece is assembled for your order and inspected before dispatch.

Production

Please allow 1–3 business days for assembly, personalization, and quality inspection.

Fulfillment locations

Orders to the United States are fulfilled from our U.S. location. Orders to enabled international destinations are fulfilled from our Shenzhen, China location.

Estimated total delivery

Most orders to enabled destinations should arrive within 6–12 business days from the order date. You will receive tracking information by email after dispatch.

Flat-rate shipping

Tracked shipping is $4.99 per order to enabled destinations. There is no order minimum and no free-shipping threshold.

Multiple-item orders

Items made on different timelines may ship together when every piece is ready. If an order must be split, tracking will be provided for each shipment.

Delivery estimates may be longer during peak periods, customs inspections, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
