How long does my order take?

Production takes 1–3 business days. Most orders to enabled destinations should arrive within 6–12 business days total from the order date. Tracked shipping is a flat $4.99 per order, with no free-shipping threshold. U.S. orders are fulfilled from the United States; enabled international orders are fulfilled from Shenzhen, China.

Is XCENCORE pet jewelry made for walking?

No. XCENCORE pieces are decorative pet jewelry intended for normal, supervised wear. Do not use them as restraint or as the primary attachment point for a leash.

How does the magnetic snap-in system help protect the accents?

The secure magnetic snap-in system keeps each accent firmly seated against the collar, making it harder for pets to bite or pull off and helping reduce the risk of accidental swallowing during normal, supervised wear. Inspect before each wear and stop use if any component becomes loose or damaged.

Can I replace or change a Crystal Accent?

Compatible designs use an interchangeable snap-in system. Before purchasing a separate Crystal Accent, match the collar series and snap size shown on your original order.

How do I choose a size?

Measure around the place where the collar will sit, keeping the tape comfortably snug. Compare the result with the size range shown on the individual product page. If your pet falls between sizes, contact us before ordering.

Can I order for a cat?

Cat options will only be offered with a compatible breakaway base. If the product page does not specifically identify the piece as cat-compatible, do not order it for a cat.
