Shipping Policy

Production: Please allow 1–3 business days for assembly, personalization, and quality inspection.

Fulfillment locations: Orders to the United States are fulfilled from our U.S. location. Orders to enabled international destinations are fulfilled from our Shenzhen, China location.

Estimated total delivery: Most orders to enabled destinations should arrive within 6–12 business days from the order date. Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch.

Shipping fee: Tracked shipping is a flat $5.99 per order to enabled destinations. There is no order minimum and no free-shipping threshold.

Delivery estimates may be longer during peak periods, customs inspections, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.

Pet fur and feather keepsakes

This processing exception applies to the Burgundy Pet Fur & Feather Keepsake Bracelet, Pet Fur & Feather Donut Keepsake Necklace, and Cat-Shaped Pet Fur & Feather Keepsake Necklace.

Estimated processing from order placement to dispatch is approximately 15 business days, including the time for your pet's fur or feathers to arrive at our U.S. warehouse. Production takes 3–4 days after we receive your materials. Delays in sending or receiving your materials can extend the processing time.

The general 1–3-business-day production and 6–12-business-day order-to-delivery estimates above do not apply to these three keepsakes. Carrier transit time for the finished keepsake is additional after dispatch.

Custom pet portrait: This exception applies to the Custom 3D Pet Portrait Pendant from Your Photo. Production takes 4 days after we receive the three pet photos. The general 1–3-business-day production and 6–12-business-day order-to-delivery estimates do not apply to this custom portrait; carrier transit is additional after dispatch.
